39 pictures of CATS EATING ICE CREAM.
Extremely daily happy.

Dog repeatedly gives cookie to crying baby.

Translation roughly boils down to: “[baby’s name] look what the dog brought you! You’re welcome, so try it, ok? Oh, look, he doesn’t want it (,doggie), so you eat it ok?” but the dog keeps giving it to him x)

Biggest dictionary I’ve ever seen!

Before I read the caption I thought this was a giant slice of cake. Upon finding that it is actually a dictionary as tall as a short stack of pancakes  bricks I want it just as much. Mmmm, book-learnin’.

Baked this cake yesterday during the snowstorm. I didn’t save the recipe, but it’s a no butter cake. It’s also a no healthy cake, incidentally.
The goopy stuff on top is a mixture I improvised to replace the frosting (which I didn’t have) consisting of chunky peanut butter, coffee, corn starch, cocoa, and a little sugar. I resisted drinking it straight, so that salvaged the day a little bit.
The cake itself was sort of rubbery and then turned into a kind of sponge cake once I let it actually cool off.
Cake and video games all day during the snowstorm.

I just made this chocolate microwave cake. Mine did not look like that, and I overcooked it (so parts of it were crispy, sort of like an edge-piece brownie- a plus in my opinion.) I used 1 tbsp splenda plus 2 1/2 tbsp brown sugar instead of 4 tbsp sugar, and sweetened rather than unsweetened cocoa (it was what I had. Also it was dark chocolate cocoa.)
It was tasty :D I mixed each forkful with a little mint chocolate ice cream to soften it up a little (don’t do what I did! I thought it was too mushy so I cooked it an extra minute, but it hardens up as it cools!) Also instead of chocolate chips, I used big pieces of salted chocolate bar. Good choice.

(A healthier version I’ll probably try next time here.)

This sounds gross but if you mix the strawberry kind with Pepsi it tastes pretty good. I did it in class and my students gagged. Then I made them try it and we all agreed it was meant to be.

Out of sight

I hide food behind my computer’s monitor at school because I’m exceptionally stupid and I immediately forget it’s there. Out of sight out of mind. If I do not do this, I will eat whatever it is that I’ve got just because I can see it, hence the hiding.

So I was feeling very much sugar want this morning [KONGLISH!!] after my solid block of classes and I hopefully turned my monitor around to see if I’d squirreled anything away the previous week. Results?:

A whole bag of Hershey’s kisses with almonds.

So I took a few and set them aside. And how dumb am I? During the course of writing this post I forgot about them and looked to the side where they’re sitting and went “HO DAMN I HAVE HERSHEY KISSES?” again.

Whensoever as I get rich and famous one of my PA’s tasks will be to pat me on the head and whisper “Good job” whenever something like this happens.

Nomnomnom!  Check out our video on Korean Dunkin Donuts.

What no pop rocks donut? Korean Dunkin Donuts is my liiiiiife. In the summertime when my S-line is more apparent [i.e. not trapped under a coat and hidden] I will be in there sinning all day long. Tofu donut? Ace. The “hot bagels” however, are my chief pleasure.

Mr.Donut has better donuts here, imo, mainly due to the frosting and texture [you can see in the video that there is little butter in the frosting at DD here. It cracks and falls right off,] but you can’t really beat a tofu donut standing on its own. This from a Rhode Islander, wherein the highest density of Dunkin Donuts in America is apparent. I did have Tim Horton’s once [as they are spreading across the NorthEast rapidly] and it was quite worthy in my donutty estimation. However I am wishing for a chocolate frosted, fourth of July sprinkles donut nowish.

I’m a huge weirdo about cupcakes. I am very particular about cake. For example, the cake looks dry on this one, but regardless, come’ere cupcake. Let’s dance.
