I think that it’s a pretty fair list, although I think that bibimbab and galbi are too low on it. I am definitely not going to argue with first though. I fucking love haejangguk.
Bingsu also too low.
What a great article to start a classroom discussion. The best topic to get students talking regardless of level in my experience is food. If I were in Korea I might print out and laminate some of the pictures, explain them the article, then ask them to rank the pictures to start discussion. It would be entertaining.
